VGMA21: Kuami Eugene is the King of Ghana Music + Full List of Winners

Ghanaian music act Kuami Eugene, know in real Life as Eugene Kwame Marfo has been crowned “the king of Ghana music” artiste of the year in the 21st edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards which was held last night Saturday 29th August, 2020 at the Grand Arena in Accra.
The Lynx Entertainment signee defiled all odds to lift the coverted award amid a stiff competition from the Ghanaian BET Awards winner Sarkodie, Diana Hamilton, Kofi Kinaata and Medikal.

The night witnessed spectacular performances from one of highlife greatest music groups of all time, Nakorex; Amandziba Nat Brew, Akosua Adjepong and Rex Omar that put patrons on their dancing feet amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. Rap act E.L, Kidi, Adina, Kuami Eugene, Kwesi Arthur, Kelvynboy and King Promise were also in their element as they mounted the stage.
Self acclaimed king of azonto, Gasmilla and the Ghana Health Service (GHS) were also received special awards ie. Vodafone Green Award and Covid Heroes Awards respectfully for their immense contributions to the society.
