The President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has penned down his farewell message to the longest-serving Head of State Flt. Lt. Jerry John Rawlings, who was laid to rest today at the Military Cemetry in Accra.
This is what Akufo-Addo posted on his official Facebook timeline about an hour ago;
‘Comandante’, rest and abide in perfect peace in the bosom of the Almighty, until we all meet again on the last day of the Resurrection.
Farewell, God bless, and thank you for all your help.
