History: Grace Found Diana Hamilton As She Becomes The First Female Gospel Artiste To Be Crowned Artiste Of The Year

Ghanaian gospel music act, Diana Antwi Hamilton, has been Crowned the artiste of the year at the just ended Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

The award scheme that aims at awarding hardworking Ghanaian musicians was held on Friday and Saturday 25th and 26th respectfully at the Grand Arena Accra, witnessing the “Adom” hitmaker win four awards including the coveted award making her the first female gospel artiste win that award.

Eno Barony on the other hand, made VGMA history by becoming the first female to win the ‘Best Rap Performance’ award at the 22nd Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMAs)

The colorful event also witness first-rated performances from Eno Barony, Kofi Kinaata, Kuami Eugene, Medikal, the Kumericans; YawTog, Kofi Jamar and others
