I Go To Church To Do Business, Not To Worship – Michy

Written by on 02/10/2022

Many people have different reasons to go to church; some go to pray, others go to enjoy praises and worship. However, for musician Michy, it’s an opportunity to do business.

She revealed in an interview on Daybreak Hitz, that she hardly goes to church to worship.

According to her, anytime she sees a congregation, she sees an opportunity to sell and expand her business.

I go to church once in a while. I go there to do business. I sell Jollof, so where there are people, I see consumers of my food. If I come to your church and I offer you lunch, know that the next thing is cooking a buffet for you.”

The ‘Low Tempo’ hitmaker admitted that she is more of a spiritual person than religious.
