King Promise Crowned Artiste of the Year at 2025 Telecel Ghana Music Awards + Full List of Winners

The 2025 Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA) brought glitz, glamour, and unforgettable moments to the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Centre on Saturday, May 10, as the who’s who of Ghana’s music industry gathered for a night of celebration.

In a highly competitive race, King Promise emerged victorious, clinching the coveted Artiste of the Year award ahead of industry giants Stonebwoy and King Paluta. The win solidified his status as one of Ghana’s most influential musical talents.

The ceremony also honored a stellar lineup of artists across various categories. Stonebwoy, Kofi Kinaata, KiDi, Empress Gifty, Esther Godwyll, Kweku Smoke, Tulenkey, and Team Eternity Ghana all took home awards, highlighting the richness and diversity of Ghana’s thriving music scene.

A poignant highlight of the evening was the presentation of the Lifetime Achievement Award to gospel icon Yaw Sarpong, recognizing his decades of dedication to uplifting Ghanaian gospel music.
