Sarkodie @ the MTV MAMAs |
History was made once again in Durban, South Africa as all who mattered in African music gathered to celebrate the rich culture of the continent.
Hosted by American actor/comedian Marlon Wayans and parading an A – List of show stopping performances from Trey Songz, Miguel, Sarkodie and French Montana; the MTV Africa Music Awards 2014 was a big night for music in Africa after a hiatus in the awards scheme.
Check out the full list of winners and once again, congratulations to Sarkodie for winning the best hiphop artist of the year. This achievement is no mean feat for the Sarkology owner.
We however wish Efya the best of luck next time as she lost out to Nigerian artist Tiwa Savage.
